PROCESSING TIME

Our goal is to have your order shipped as soon as possible. We aim to have orders shipped within 24 hours or less. We do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on the weekend process on the next business day. If Monday falls on a holiday, it'll be processed the following business day.

SHIPPING CARRIER

To provide the quickest and most affordable service possible to our customers, we ship orders via United States Postal Service (USPS). 

FIRST-CLASS PARCEL

All orders get free USPS First-Class shipping. USPS First-Class typically takes 5-8 business days to arrive.

PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS

Priority Express shipping "in-transit" times is overnight—guaranteed. All Priority Express shipping orders confirmed before 2:00 P.M. EST will be processed the same day. Priority Express orders confirmed after 2:00 P.M. EST will be processed the following business day. Priority Express orders placed on Friday after 2:00 P.M. EST will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays). Priority Express comes with a tracking number and guaranteed delivery times—includes up to $100 in shipping insurance. 

PRIORITY MAIL 1-DAY

Priority Mail 1-Day shipping "in-transit" times is 1 business day—not guaranteed. All One Day shipping orders confirmed before 2:00 P.M. EST will be processed the same day. 1-Day orders confirmed after 2:00 P.M. EST will be processed the following business day. 1-Day orders placed on Friday after 2:00 P.M. EST will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays). Priority Mail 1-Day comes with a tracking number—includes up to $50 in shipping insurance. 

PRIORITY MAIL 2-DAY

Priority Mail 2-Day shipping "in-transit" times is 2 business days—not guaranteed. All Second Day orders confirmed before 2:00 P.M. EST will be processed the same day. 2-Day orders confirmed after 2:00 P.M. EST will be processed the following business day. 2-Day orders placed on Friday after 2:00 P.M. EST will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays). Priority Mail 2-Day comes with a tracking number—includes up to $50 in shipping insurance. 

PRIORITY MAIL 3-DAY

Priority Mail 3-Day shipping "in-transit" times is 3 business days—not guaranteed. All 3-Day shipping orders confirmed before 2:00 P.M. EST will be processed the same day. 3-Day orders confirmed after 2:00 P.M. EST will be processed the following business day. 3-Day orders placed on Friday after 2:00 P.M. EST will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays). Priority Mail 3-Day comes with a tracking number—includes up to $50 in shipping insurance. 

APO SHIPPING 

While we can ship to APOs, we cannot provide reliable tracking information via USPS. Often, these orders arrive within 2 weeks, but it could take as long as 6 weeks in some cases. Unfortunately, we cannot provide return labels for our APO customers at this time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not ship outside the continental United States at this time. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order before 11 A.M. (EST) Monday through Friday.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

If an order is placed to the wrong destination or an address is entered incorrectly, that order is considered to have an Incorrect Address. 

  • It is the customer's responsibility to input the correct shipping address when placing an order.
  • Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes before 11 A.M. (EST) to your order after you have placed it with us.

UNDELIVERABLE / REFUSED PACKAGES

Packages returned with failure delivery (multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, refusal, canceled after shipment, etc.) will be refunded once received back to our facility. Undeliverable packages for international orders may be subject to abandonment. 

MISSING ITEMS 

All orders with a missing item(s) must be reported to customer support within 3 days of receiving the package.

LOST OR UNRECEIVED PACKAGES

In the unlikely event, your package is lost or unreceived by the USPS. You'll need to file a claim as soon as possible.

  • Flipstik is NOT responsible for lost or unreceived packages. 
  • Flipstik will NOT file an insurance claim on your behalf.
  • Credit card chargebacks and PayPal disputes made due to lost or unreceived packages are unacceptable.
